This thing is perfect it stucks my belly just like a regular waist trainer i purchase before but this time it covers exactly were i need most my arms i need to loose weight in my arms not just my belly i don't want to look like a ice cream cone..lol the best thing is that its kind of loose in your arms even mines i cant believe it!wich is good because you can do anything with it with out feeling like a robot i will definitely purchase another one if i need to. Just trying it on you will sweat it does the work now i only have it for a week but definitely see a difference in my arms fat i dont even see the cellulite i use to have in only a week i cant wait to see a month results .And i purchase it myself nobody give me anything. I’m a Basketball referee trying to lose 30 lbs. i wear it under my uniform. I’m 5’10 248. With 38DD’s. I bought an XXL. Fits perfectly. Advice: Drink a lot of water/gaterade before using. You will feel drained/dehydrated from all the fat you burn.
I received this in the mail today and Oh man do I love it!! As soon as I got it I put it on and went straight to a cardio session, it definitely works and works well!! I felt hotter all around not just in my midsection! I definitely sweat more and will keep one on hand from now on!! I am 5'6 and 145 lbs, I ordered a large based off of some of the other reviews but I now know I should've gotten a medium, even with it being a bit lose it did a great job and I'm very very happy with this purchase!!
This vest works very well. I put it on the day I received it and walked my dog and you could feel the heat. I highly recommend what other users say and size up two sizes what you normally wear. I have a pear-shaped body with very wide hips so the bottom rose up a little bit but was not uncomfortable and you still couldn't see it under my clothes. The more weight I lose, the better it's going to fit because that's my body, it has nothing to do with the product. I LOVE how tight the arms fit; there's just enough stretch so I can fit my large arms through, but enough to keep it nice and tight. My upper arms are what I'm most embarrassed of, so I'm hoping that with my diet and exercise routine, I might tighten it up a little. I've been looking for something like this all over but my size was never in stock. I'm glad I found something here that fits well and works, all at a fraction of what other sites would have charged. I just ordered another one.
