I wear this at work and I assure you...... you’ll sweat. Best thing about it is the sweat soaks into the fabric instead of dripping off of me.

It fits very tight and does not roll, at all. The one thing I didn’t think of was the way it pushes my bosom up. I haven’t been able to wear a wired bra with this, only sports bra. Which is obvs fine.

I haven’t worn it enough to see any really real results but I’m sure there are changes.

Worth every penny.

This waiste trainer is great! I love that I don’t have to worry about it moving around too much while I run. Other waiste trainers I have tried always slide down, but because this rests comfortably on your shoulders like a tank top it doesn’t slip! I love that it’s easy to get on and off after a work out regardless of how much I have sweat. Great product!

makes you sweat

I bought this item in a size medium which is my normal shirt size, so I say to stick with your normal size. It's comfortable and I did notice my mid section sweating almost immediately, I also put on a fat burner cream underneath. I only did normal household chores so I'm looking forward to seeing how much I sweat after a good workout. Overall I believe that this is a good product and will help me to tone my midsection.

The first one I received was a little too big so I contacted the company and they were very helpful. Received my new one last week and it's perfect. I've worn it twice whilst working out. On ab day it was wonderful, talk about sweat. I love the product and the customer service too.

I wear a med and I got a large and it wont fit over my breast.. I was very disappointed but the company offered to help with the ordering of the right size.. Its rare to see companys these days that care about their product and customers..the make is goid quality like a waist trainer i bought from the same company without even knowing it..(i am so in love with that waist trainer but need to reorder it in a med.) so what I got from this is.. if you have big boobs and you getting a pull over get a size or 2 bigger because the materials is not stretchy. but if you getting something that button or zip from the front.. get your size.. well made products!
